ST1000／ST1000plus／ST1000plus V2 の違いは？
ST1000とST1000plusは外観は同じですが、唯一の違いは、ST1000にはワイヤレスCarPlayとAndroid Auto機能がない点です。ST1000plusはワイヤレスCarPlayとAndroid Autoに対応しています。
ST1000plusとST1000plus V2の機能は同じですが、ST1000plus V2はより薄型のケースデザインになっています。
注意：ソフトウェアのアップグレードに失敗すると、画面が青一色になります。
UIの選び方：
- 右側のロールホイールを右方向に押して、UI（ディスプレイ）選択画面に入ります。
- 右側のローラーでスクロールし、UI を選択します。
- 必要なUIを選択したら、右側のローラーを左側に押し込んで確定します。
CarPlay または Android Auto への入り方：
右側のローラーを押してCarPlayまたはAndroid Autoの画面を選択し、もう一度押すとその画面に入れます。
1. お使いのスマートフォンの Bluetooth をオンにし、「CarKit-9DE1」または「CarKiT-9F18」という名前のデバイスに接続してください（ソフトウェアバージョンにより、表示名が異なる場合があります）。
2. Bluetooth 接続後に CarPlay の通知が表示されますので、「許可」を選択します。その後、CarPlay モードに入ります。
フロントカメラの動作について：
1. 設定画面からフロントカメラのオン／オフを切り替え可能。また、速度が 20km/h 未満のときはフロントカメラが自動でオンになり、20km/h を超えると自動でオフになります。
フロントカメラを常時表示したい場合は、右側のローラーを内側に5秒間押し続けてください。フロントカメラ表示を終了したい場合も、同様に右側のローラーを内側に5秒間押してください。
ST1000 / ST1000PLUS / ST1000plus V2 では、AMD用とIntel用のコネクターを1本のケーブルハーネスにまとめて設計しました。
簡単に取付できるよう、AMD版とIntel版を1つにまとめています。ケーブルセットにはAMD Ryzen用ケーブルとIntel Atom用コネクターが含まれていますので、ST1000/ST1000PLUS/ST1000plus V2をお受け取りになりましたら、配線図に従って電源コネクターとデータコネクターを正しく接続してください。
ケーブル取り付け位置
テスラは毎年のように車両をアップグレードしているため、新しいモデル3やYではデータコネクターの位置が異なる場合があります。AMD Ryzen搭載車では、データコネクターの位置が2カ所存在します。

Notice:
1. すべてのドアが閉まっていない場合、ST1000/ST1000plus/ST1000plus V2はどの表示画面やメニューにも入りません。必ず全ドアを閉め、「D」レンジに切り替えてください。その後、設定メニューや各種表示画面に入ることができます。右側のローラーを上下に操作して、表示機能を選択してください。
2. 「P」から「D」に切り替えた後、速度が25km/h未満のときはフロントカメラ映像が表示されます。速度が25km/hを超えるとフロントカメラ表示は自動的に終了します。25km/hを超えてもフロントカメラを表示したい場合は、右側のローラーを3秒間押し込んでください。

I upgraded screen software and unit stayed blank. I removed the unit for a couple of months then reinstalled. Screen works again but no camera. Replaced camera and new cable still doesn’t work.
Sent emails to Satonic about my ST1000Plus V1 update causing the camera to not work OVER A MONTH AGO. Not a single reply. If they don’t get back to me, looking to file a formal complaint.
After the software update, I sent an e-mail saying that the device is not working. But nothing is being done. This device has a very high probability of breaking down. A device using SATONIC’s software has a very high probability of breaking down. I don’t want to order satonic products again. I ask for a refund on my device as soon as possible.
After nearly 2 months, still can’t get it to work. Numerous error alerts. Satonic sent a new cable and asked me to try. Did that. Same errors. Tried on another car. Same errors. Now they go quiet and ignore me. I have always been kind and patient and never rude. This after sale service is just no on!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Numerous error like no park assist, no adaptive headlights, no steering assist, no sensors………When I unplugged the device, all goes back to normal. What is going on? Also, I cannot update software with the usb port. I cannot change UI as well. HELP!!!!
