F & Q

1. As soon as I installed the dashboard screen, the center display stopped showing anything,  just like in the photo below. or there is "No Signal" in side, What should I do?

Answer: This happens because you don’t have a front-view camera installed, but the front-view camera option is turned on in the screen settings. Please switch that option off, and the display will return to normal.  

Slide screen from right to left and enter into setting ,  "AHD" > Switch it OFF

2. The screen is enter in blue color?

SATONIC

Answer: It happened because the software was lost, most likely because the screen was powered off during the upgrade process. You can re-upgrade the software using the link provided.

3. The battery display "0", how to upgrade?

Press the right roller down for 6+ seconds untill the battery exchanged instantly

Upgrade process:

  • Prepare an 8–16GB TF card and format it.

  • Copy the software directly to the TF card, then insert it into the screen via the Type-C port while the screen is powered on.

  • Remove the TF card immediately after the upgrade is completed successfully.
