1. Take a clear video:
ย ย ย You should take a clear video on your questions on any details. for quick replay and solution, please take it as clear as possible
2. Send the videos through Email/ WhatsApp:
ย ย Send a email to us with email and words for the problem, please put your order number on the email subject ( ST14000ย motor damaged).ย if you do not have an order number or do not put on the subject, we will not reply
3. SATONIC will check and replay for testing method:
ย ย Once we recieve your videos and questions, we will replay you within 12-24 hours, We will check and give you the mothods to try if it is neccessory, if the product damaged, we will ask your address to send you the new accesorries
4. New accssorries Shipping:
ย ย Once confirm, we will send the new accessorries around 2-3 working days.
