V6 soft close door is a new systems from SATONIC, simply installation and digital suction systems
There are different options between Model 3/ Model 3 Highland /Model Y and New Model Y juniper YL. on Model 3/Model 3 Highland/Model Y, Just only replace Tesla lock. But for New Model Y Juniper & YL, Tesla produce the door lock with cable together, so when you install the soft close door on New Model Y Juniper & YL, you need use SATONIC V6 cables and connector. (standard version has the cable & connectors)

Why doesn't the door soft-close automatically after installation?
The SATONIC V6 Soft Close Door System features built-in digital sensors that can automatically learn and adapt to different door-closing habits, closing pressure, and door positions.
If the door does not soft-close automatically after installation, please allow the system to perform its self-learning process.
Self-Learning Procedure:
- Open the door normally.
- Close the door gently until it reaches the first latch position.
- Allow the soft-close motor to pull the door in automatically after 5-8 seconds. DO NOT TRY TO OPEN THE DOOR BY HANDLES. It will be soft close again after another 5-8 seconds
- IF still not , please repeat this process 2-4 times.
- The digital sensor will gradually learn the optimal closing position and pressure.
After the learning process is completed, the soft-close function should operate normally.
The new motor is highly reliable and is not easily damaged during normal use of the SATONIC V6 Soft Close Door System. Based on our testing and customer feedback, the motor failure rate is less than 1 in 3,000 units.
You can use the SATONIC V6 with confidence, knowing that it has been designed and tested for long-term durability and stable performance.
