I installed the V2 today in my Model Juniper. The installation was quite easy though the instructions could be a lot better. I did have a question about auto-closing when I haven’t fully opened the hood. Example, I’m away from the car and accidentally open the frunk. It doesn’t reclose in that instance but only when I open the hood all the way then close it.
My V2 auto frunk closer for my model 3 performance was a failure. The motor stopped working the same day with a recurrent click in the motor encasing.
Would like to know the process for replacement or refund. Willing to try a replacement 1 time before requesting a refund. Thank you.
