There are two versions of the ST470: F9 and F9 Pro. The outlook are same, But the operating system and user interface are different between these versions. Before upgrading the software or changing any settings, please make sure you confirm your correct version. Otherwise, the upgrade will fail. (F9 already stopped produce from July, 2025)

1.No Signal with front view camera or with front view camer?
This may be because the front view wasn't installed, it's disabled in the settings, or the front view camera isn't properly connected
If you haven’t installed the front view camera, please turn off the front view display in the settings.
How front view camera works: When the gear is in "D" and the speed is below 20 km/h, the front view camera will activate automatically.
Note:
-
To keep the front view camera on at all times, press and hold the right scroll wheel inward for about 4 seconds.

To disable the front view camera (when it is set to stay on), press the right scroll wheel to the left once.
Example
1) .If the front view camera is not installed, a 'No Signal' message appear when the gear is shifted into 'D"
Solution: Turn off the Front View Camera option in the settings
2) If the front view camera is installed but shows 'No Signal' when shifting into 'D', the camera may not be connected properly. Solution: Check front view camera connection
2. HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM "VOLUME GOING UP AND DOWN" (F9)
Answer: Slide down from the top fo the screen, entering into setting , press AP and swtich it off , then it will be ok. or you could upgrade software into 7.10+ version

Upgrade Process:
- Download the software , Unzip the file
- Prepare a TF Card 8-16G, Format the TF card
- Copy "Update" file only into TF card, connect with Type C connector, Insert the TYPE C connector into the screen
- Screen will be upgraded automatically, Remove the TF Card when reach to 19%, screen will be upgraded continuely until it is restart.
- Done
3. Why there is no Andriod Auto on my screen ST470 (F9pro)
You could enter into setting and switch off "Hi Car". Then enter into Menu, you will see Andriod Auto
Notice: Please make sure each process correct !
4. Battery display is incorrect on ST470 F9pro
Press and hold the right scroll wheel for about 5 seconds to sync the battery information with the Tesla screen. Once completed, the battery status will appear on the ST470 (F9 Pro) display.
