Product Introduction

There are two versions of the ST470: F9 and F9 Pro. The outlook are same, But the operating system and user interface are different between these versions. Before upgrading the software or changing any settings, please make sure you confirm your correct version. Otherwise, the upgrade will fail. (F9 already stopped produce from July, 2025)

This happens because the frunk view camera is not installed, or the front view camera is damaged. Please go to Settings and turn off the “AHD” option. After that, it will work normally.

 2.Why the google map can not be used in Andriod Auto or Carplay ( Video:https://youtu.be/vJJExE3T2Kw )

In some countries, Google Maps is not available because the government blocks the service. If you cannot use Google Maps on your phone, it will also not work with Android Auto or CarPlay. In this case, please use another map application that is allowed by your government

This happens because the screen is in voice control mode. As shown in the video, he presses the voice button first and then presses the CarPlay menu, so there is no response. You need to exit voice control mode first, and then enter the CarPlay menu

 4. Why navigation can not move on carplay? (Video: https://youtu.be/HQ9TOahu3d0)

There is no destination set, so the GPS arrow stays in one position. Please enter a destination on your cellphone and it will work properly. If the issue continues, check the Location settings on your phone and make sure the map app has permission to access your precise location.
