Answer: You can try pulling out the hook to see if it can be removed. If it can, please contact us regarding the motor cable warranty.

Please check the items below. If everything has been tested and the issue persists, the motor is likely damaged. In that case, please record a video showing the issue and send it to us for warranty review.
Cause: The motor bracket is installed too low. When the frunk closes, it cannot properly engage the lock sensors.
Solution: Raise the motor bracket. Loosen the two screws on either side of the motor, then move the motor bracket upward to the correct position. Retighten the screws and test the frunk to ensure it closes properly.
